The coaching and playing staff of the "Ganja" basketball team visited secondary school No. 39 on the occasion of the 117th anniversary of the birth of Mir Jalal Pashayev.
"Report" informs, referring to the press service of the club, that a meeting with students was held in the school's assembly hall.
Head coach Halil Atlı and his assistant Rizvan Safarov informed the children about the club's activities and the performance of the main team. The schoolchildren greeted the basketball players with great interest. They took pictures with them and received autographs. The school's director, Nizami Rzayev, was presented with the club's uniform, and the gym was presented with balls.
After the meeting, a friendly match was held in the gym with the participation of students.
It should be noted that school No. 39 is named after the great writer, scientist, and pedagogue Mir Jalal Pashayev.
