The state prosecutor asked the judge of the Odintsovo City Court of the Moscow region to sentence Sergey Lipatov, the former chairman of the Board of Directors of Moscow "Lokomotiv", to 12 years in prison for the crime he committed in 2002. Sport24.az reports that this was reported by Match TV.
According to the source, Lipatov was previously reported to be involved in the contract killing case involving billionaire Valeri Tsimbayev.
Investigators suspect that he paid for the murder of Alexander Fominov, the director of the Inurconsult law firm.
It should be noted that Lipatov fully confessed to his guilt in the contract killing case.
