Rafael Fiziev, an Azerbaijani fighter competing in the lightweight division of the UFC, has learned his opponent for the "UFC 260" tournament to be held in Baku on June 21. According to Sport24.az, Fiziev will fight Chilean athlete Ignacio Bahamondes.
Numerous sources report this. Yesterday, the fighter confirmed that he would definitely participate in the UFC tournament in Baku and that his opponent was already known.
Today it became known that the Azerbaijani will face Ignacio, who knocked out Manuel Torres and defeated Jaelin Turner. Recall that Fiziev had his last fight last month against American Justin Gaethje and lost by unanimous decision of the judges. Currently, Fiziev and Bahamond share 11th-15th places in the organization's lightweight rankings.
