Farid Mansurov, Olympic champion and advisor to the rector of the Azerbaijan Sports Academy, parked his car in the opposite direction in a parking lot along the road in White City.
İdman.Biz, referring to "Qafqazinfo", reports that the parking situation of the car with state registration number 10-FM-010, belonging to the famous athlete, has attracted attention.
It was reported that, according to the Code of Administrative Offenses, drivers are responsible for moving in the opposite direction to the established direction of traffic on one-way roads, as well as for moving against the traffic flow by completely crossing the vehicle into the lane of the opposite traffic flow, violating the requirements of horizontal markings 1.1, 1.3 and 1.11. For such actions, the driver is fined 150 manats + 4 penalty points according to article 327.4 of the code.
However, there is also a possibility that Farid Mansurov's car was parked there without violating the rules. All these are determined and measures are taken by the traffic police officers and cameras in the area.
