Farid Gayibov, the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, gave an interview to the "TRT World" channel within the framework of the International Ethnosport Forum held in Antalya, Turkey.

"I congratulate the Turkish team. If we compare classical sports with ethnosport, in classical sports we are constantly fighting for results. But here the main goal is to come together. We demonstrate our traditions, we show that we have not forgotten them. This is very important for all states. It is also of great importance from a cultural point of view," said Gayibov.
The Minister added that it is gratifying that the platform has been operating for many years:
"This is not the first forum we have participated in. I thank Mr. Bilal Erdogan very much. Because this is due to his strong inspiration. He and his team have been doing great things for many years. We see that a very strong family - an ethnosport family - has already been formed. This field is developing and progressing and good results have already been achieved. I believe that we will achieve even greater success in the future."
