The Eurasian Kombat Jiu-Jitsu Federation held an award ceremony at the Sports Society of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the sports results of 2025.
İdman.Biz reports with reference to AZERTAC that Rasul Mammadov, the president of the Eurasian Kombat Jiu-Jitsu Federation, who delivered the opening speech, noted President Ilham Aliyev's attention to sports as an example of love for his people and concern for the future of young people.
Then, a group of event participants were presented with honorary plaques of the federation.
Among the award recipients were Movlud Miraliyev, chairman of the Sports Society of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Eduard Mammadov, head of the training and sports department of the institution, Elshan Huseynov, head of the patriotic education sector of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Joshgun Hidayatov, chief advisor of the ministry, Ilaha Valiyeva, a graduate of the Sports Society of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Eldar Mammadov, coach-teacher of the Sports Society of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ramin Yusifov, training methodologist of the Ganja City Main Police Department, and Rais Orujov, coach of the "Bilajari" sports club.
