Azerbaijani MMA fighter Tofiq Musayev may participate in the Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC) tournament to be held in Baku on July 21.
Azad Asgarov, President of the Azerbaijan MMA and Grappling Federation, announced this in a statement to "Report".
He stated that negotiations on this issue are still ongoing:
"In addition to Rafael Fiziev and Nazim Sadygov, Tofiq Musayev is also expected to participate in the competition. This will become clear in 2-3 days. We expect victory from Fiziev and Sadygov in Baku. Since the tournament is held in Azerbaijan, their motivation will also increase. Both are currently in good shape. Because they are in the spotlight, they will prepare better for the competition."
It should be noted that "UFC Fight Night" will take place on July 21 at the Baku Crystal Hall.
