A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident at the "Baku City Karting" entertainment center on January 1st of this year, which resulted in the death of a teenager.
İdman.Biz, citing "Report," reports that a criminal case has been initiated in the Sabail District Prosecutor's Office under Article 124.1 of the Criminal Code (manslaughter due to negligence) regarding the fact, and relevant examinations have been appointed. Necessary investigative actions are continuing on the case.
It should be noted that on January 1st of this year, at the "Baku City Karting" entertainment center located at 15 Ahad Yaqubov Street, the karting cars driven by residents of the capital - Kamal Anar oglu Safarli, born in 2008, and Fatima Bahlulzade, born in 2009, collided.
K. Safarli died at the scene from his injuries.
