As part of World Space Week 2025, the "Cosmic Superhuman: Strengthening and Physical Fitness" training was conducted through a partnership between the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Azercosmos) and the Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA), organized by the COSMIC Academy operating under Azercosmos.
Idman.Biz was informed by AMADA that the training aimed to increase the physical and psychological endurance of the human body for living and operating in space, as well as to educate the public about the strengthening and preparation methods used by astronauts and athletes.
Tahmina Taghi-zadeh, Executive Director of AMADA, touched upon topics such as strategies for increasing the human body, performance, and durability in extreme conditions, ethical principles in human development, and also answered questions from participants.
It should be noted that this year's theme of World Space Week is "Living in Space" and the events held during the week aim to strengthen awareness of people living, working and adapting in space.
