The ex-girlfriend of famous fitness trainer Hidayat Maharramli, Sh.Y., has withdrawn her complaint to law enforcement agencies.
Idman.Biz, citing qafqazinfo.az, reports that she wrote a notarized statement saying that she had no complaints, material or moral claims against her ex-boyfriend. As a result of the investigation based on Sh.Y.'s appeal, a decision was made to refuse to initiate a criminal case.
He stated that an investigation was conducted at the Absheron District Police Department based on the appeal of the woman he had been in a relationship with:
"During the investigation, it was determined that the allegations spread on social networks were voiced on the basis of jealousy and emotional tension arising from personal relationships, but consisted of information not based on real facts. During the investigation, that woman applied to the Investigation Department of the Absheron District Police Department with an application dated January 5, 2026, signed at notary office No. 32 and registered under number 8I-37, stating that she had no complaints, claims, material or moral demands against me. This fact further confirms that the accusations against me are false, slanderous and libelous accusations arising from emotional feelings caused by jealousy.
For this reason, based on the appeal made by that woman, a relevant investigation was conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. As a result of the conducted inspections and legal evaluation, it was determined that the spread allegations had no factual basis and a decision was made to refuse to initiate a criminal case on the matter. I thank them for the objective investigation conducted."
H.Maharramli believes that all unfounded and untrue information about him previously spread on social networks and various media platforms in connection with the issue should be deleted:
"Keeping the comments section open during posts on social networks and media resources regarding this topic may create an environment for the spread of slanderous and offensive opinions, and may also damage my business activities and reputation. For this reason, all page and media administrators are required to deactivate the comments section in posts related to this topic. Otherwise, both for the false information spread and for the insulting and illegal opinions expressed publicly through the comments section, relevant legal measures will be taken against these pages and administrators in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and they will be held accountable."
It should be noted that the woman had previously appealed to law enforcement agencies, claiming that her ex-boyfriend had taken 550,000 manats from her under the guise of starting a business.
