The Azerbaijan University E-Sports League concluded with two games held in the final stage.
Idman.biz reports that the league, in which 53 teams (32 in "Counter Strike 2", 21 in "Valorant") from 18 higher education institutions participated, witnessed a tense battle in the final.
In the "Counter Strike 2" final, the Azerbaijan Sports Academy (ASA) faced ADA University. The ASA team, consisting of Alik Ismayilov, Ulvi Agayev, Hasan Allahverdiyev, Rufat Gojazade, and Saleh Mammadov, defeated their opponents and deservedly took first place.
In "Valorant", the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (ASUE) and the Azerbaijan Technical University (ATU) faced each other. The ATU team, consisting of Rufat Amrahli, Emin Usubov, Sabuhi Namazov, Jabrayil Atakishiyev, and Maryam Alakbarova, won.
The purpose of the league is to contribute to the formation of leadership and management skills of young people, as well as developing their rapid reaction and decision-making skills, and the ability to work with a team.
