"Bavaria" has faced unexpected problems after extending the contract with Alphonso Davies. The Canadian's strong performance has increased the appetite of other key players.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the defender signed a contract with the Munich club in February until the summer of 2030. Davies received a bonus of 22 million euros for the contract extension. This situation has changed the course of negotiations with other stars of the team.
Central defender Dayot Upamecano and versatile Joshua Kimmich are now demanding large sums in the negotiation process. The "Bavaria" management considers the demands of both to be excessive.
