Barcelona's footballer Lamine Yamal is likely to stay in the team.
Lent.az reports with reference to foreign media that, according to Nicolo Schira, the Catalan club wants to sign a new contract with the 17-year-old footballer.
Barcelona plans to sign a new contract until 2031, while the current contract is valid until the summer of 2026.
The new contract is expected to be signed when Lamine turns 18 (the footballer's birthday is on July 13).
This season, Yamal has played 47 games for the "blaugranas", scoring 14 goals and providing 18 assists.
