Azerbaijani youth ski mountaineers have successfully performed at the "Türkiye Open Sprint Cup" competition held in Kayseri, Turkey.
"Report" reports with reference to the Azerbaijan Winter Sports Federation that Abel Ismikhanov and Nurid Shakaraliyev represented our country at the tournament held from February 28 to March 1.
According to the results of the competition, Abel Ismikhanov, competing among 15 athletes, won a gold medal.
Our other representative, Nurid Shakaraliyev, finished the competition in second place and won a silver medal.
