Azerbaijani para taekwondo athletes will compete in the Turkish Open International Tournament to be held on February 8.

Amin Aliyev (58 kg), Amin Shikhaliyev (63 kg), Imamaddin Khalilow (70 kg), Orkhan Jafarov (80 kg) and Shahmar Guliyev (+80 kg) in the K44 category will step onto the mat.
The tournament awards ranking points for the Los Angeles 2028 Summer Paralympic Games.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani national team will be led to the competition by head coach Farid Tagizade and senior coach of the team Yashar Safarov.
