Azerbaijani para-badminton players will compete in two categories for the first time at the World Championships to be held in Manama, the capital of Bahrain.
"Report" reports with reference to the National Paralympic Committee that Ibrahim Aliyev (SU-5) will test his strength in the individual competition among men.
As for women, Zahra Salmanli and Narmin Iskandarova (both SH-6) will compete in both individual and doubles competitions.
It should be noted that our Paralympians will compete under the leadership of head coach Teymur Abbasov in the competition, which will last from February 8 to 14.
