Idman.biz reports that the athlete achieved this in the men's doubles competition in the SU-5 category.
He and his Polish teammate Bartlomiej Mroz defeated Spanish representatives Manuel Garcia-Pablo Serrano 2:0 (21-16, 21-16) in the match for reaching the final.
Earlier, another para-badminton player, Zahra Salmanli, advanced to the final of the continental championship.

Idman.biz reports that 14-year-old Zahra has reached the final in the mixed doubles category at the European Championship for the first time in the history of Azerbaijani badminton.
Zahra, who forms a tandem with her English teammate Krysten Coombs in the SH-6 category, won the semi-final against the Polish duo Daria Bujnicka and Scottish Andrew Davies 2:0 (21-18, 21-10) and advanced to the final of the continental championship.
