Azerbaijani fencers won a silver medal at the international tournament held in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
"Report" reports that the national under-23 saber team consisting of Murad Akbarov, Magsud Huseynli, Rasul Aliyev and Timur Husnaddinov took second place in the team competition.
Having defeated the Spanish team 45:42 in the first match, the sabreurs then defeated the British team 45:37. The team lost to the Bulgarian team 35:45 in the final and won the silver medal of the "EFC FFE Circuit" tournament.
