A delegation from the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan visited Trabzon, Turkey, to expand cooperation in the field of sports. During the visit, existing opportunities and future projects in the field of youth and sports between the two brotherly countries were discussed.
Idman.Biz reports that the delegation participated in meetings held at the Trabzon Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports and got acquainted with the city's modern sports and youth infrastructure facilities. As part of the program, officials also attended the opening ceremony of a youth tournament in the Faroz Football Field, where 20 teams competed.
On the final day of the visit, a conference was held at the Trabzon Amateur Sports Clubs Federation, where ideas were exchanged about the activities of local football clubs and their development prospects.
It should be noted that as a continuation of mutual cooperation, a delegation representing Trabzon is planned to visit the Gazakh region in May of this year.
