The international cycling race "Tour of Mersin" will start in Mersin, Turkey. The Azerbaijani national cycling team will also participate in the rated tournament.
Idman.Biz reports that a wide range of participants will attend this UCI 2.2 category race on a global level. National teams from nearly 20 countries, including Azerbaijan, China, and Great Britain, as well as international clubs, will take part in the race along with the host country Turkey.
Our country will be represented in this competition by Musa Mikayilzade, Nofel Nuriyev, Ali Gurbanov, Shahin Eyvazov, Maxim Trendelyov, and Tural Israfilov.
The team will be led by head coach Vladimir Bushanski.
Cyclists representing different continents will compete fiercely on the roads of Mersin for both international ranking points and the championship.
