Azerbaijani athletes won one silver and two bronze medals at the "A" category international tournament in koresh and alysh belt wrestling held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
"Report" informs that the Azerbaijan National Sports Association reported this.
Ariz Huseynov, representing Azerbaijan, became the third in the koresh competition in the 68 kg category. The athlete also competed in the 70 kg weight category in the alysh type and took second place this time. Fidan Huseynova (60), who competed in the alysh type, also won a bronze medal.
It should be noted that more than 170 athletes from 14 countries participated in the tournament.
