Azerbaijani under-19 badminton players won a bronze medal at the international tournament held in Svilengrad, Bulgaria.

The tandem of Ulvi Huseynov and Leyla Jamalzade won the bronze award of the "Bulgarian Junior International 2025" tournament by reaching the semi-finals in the mixed doubles category.
The athletes, who defeated their rivals representing Luxembourg and Bulgaria on the way to the semi-finals, had to stop the fight one step away from the final due to Ulvi Huseynov's injury.
Leyla Jamalzade managed to advance to 1/8 in the girls' individual competition, and Ulvi Huseynov to 1/4 in the boys' individual competition.
