Azerbaijani athletes will represent our country in several international competitions this week.
Idman.Biz reports that competitions in various sports will be held from October 20 to 26.
We present the list of competitions:
- U-15 European Boxing Championship among boys and girls – October 16-26 (Montenegro, Budva);
- European Chess Club Cup among women's and men's clubs – October 18-26 (Greece, Rhodes);
- "Satellite Tournament" among men in saber fencing – October 19-20 (Istanbul, Turkey);
- World Championship in men's and women's artistic gymnastics – October 19-25 (Indonesia, Jakarta);
- U23 World Championship among adults in freestyle, Greco-Roman and women's wrestling – October 20-26 (Serbia, Novi Sad);
- World Chess Championship among veterans – October 20-November 2 (Italy, Galipoli);
- "WTT YOUTH CONTENDER" in table tennis – October 23-26 (UAE, Dubai);
- World Taekwondo Championship – October 24-30 (China, Wuxi);
- European Open tournament among men, women, young boys and girls in judo – October 25-26 (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo);
- European Judo Cup among junior boys and girls – October 25-26 (Slovenia, Kranjska Gora);
- Asian Continental Championship in the "Optimist" class of sailing – October 25-November 2 (Oman).
