Azerbaijan's air badminton team is performing successfully at the European Championship held at the European Games Park.
According to Idman.biz, in the opening match of Group B, our team confidently defeated the Croatian team with a score of 60:33, demonstrating superiority in all four categories.
In the second match, Azerbaijani athletes faced the Netherlands. Although the match was held in a tense atmosphere, our players showed character and won their second consecutive victory. With this, they qualified for the play-off stage of the tournament. In the 1/4 finals, Azerbaijan will face the Greek team.
It should be reminded that France, Bulgaria and Georgia are in Group A, while Germany, Turkey and Greece are in Group C. The European Air Badminton Championship will end on September 7.
