Azerbaijani weightlifter Kamran Khappayev became the winner of the "Uzbekistan Open" tournament.

The young athlete climbed to the highest step of the podium at the competition held in Chirchik, Uzbekistan.
The national team member, competing in the 61 kg weight category, took first place in the snatch exercise with a result of 103 kg. He repeated the same success in the clean and jerk exercise. This time the athlete lifted 123 kg.
Thus, K.Khappayev, who showed a total result of 226 kg, won the competition.
It should be noted that on April 9, two of our athletes - Isa Aliyev and Malika Bichekuyeva - will go to the "platform". Aslan Amiraslanov will join the fight on the 11th.
