The Azerbaijan Rowing Championship has concluded.
Idman.biz reports that rowers competed for 7 sets of medals in academic, kayak, and canoe disciplines on the second day of the tournament.
The winners of the competition, jointly organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation, were awarded diplomas and medals. The distinguished rowers will compete in the CIS Games to be held in our country in September and October.
It should be noted that the rowing competitions of the CIS Games will be held at the "Kur" Olympic Training and Sports Center. The Azerbaijan Championship also served as a preparation and test event for the CIS Games.
