The Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA) organized another seminar for rowers at the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation (ACRF).
Idman.Biz reports that the agency's specialist informed athletes about anti-doping rule violations, the doping control process, athletes' rights and obligations in this process, therapeutic use exemptions, and the consequences of using prohibited substances.
At the same time, teenage and young rowers were informed about the penalties applied for the use of these substances and prohibited lists. The importance of complying with anti-doping rules and the knowledge and skills needed to make the right decisions were discussed with the athletes.
