The Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA) organized another seminar for rowers at the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation (ACRF). According to Sport24.az, the agency's specialist informed the athletes about anti-doping rule violations, the doping control process, the rights and obligations of athletes in this process, therapeutic use exemptions, and the consequences of using prohibited substances.
At the same time, teenage and young rowers were informed about the penalties applied for the use of these substances and prohibited lists. The importance of adhering to anti-doping rules for athletes, the knowledge and skills needed to make the right decisions were discussed.
