"Absheron" head coach Erhan Toker assessed the second game against "Nakhchivan" in the play-off stage of the Azerbaijan Basketball League.
"Report" reports that the Turkish specialist said this in a statement to the club's press service.
He stated that they were satisfied with the 85:79 victory:
"It was a very good victory for us. We started the first half a little badly. We couldn't defend well. But we defended well in the 2nd half. Today, Ismail Abdullayev and Omar Yavash were very helpful to the team. Of course, we should not forget the efforts of our other basketball players. We have one more game ahead with this opponent. We want to win and advance to the semi-finals. I also congratulate the opponent for the good game. They are a very good team. In my opinion, we will be able to watch another similar match between these teams."
It should be noted that "Absheron" won against "Nakhchivan" in the second match of the play-off stage held today. In the previous match, the "Nakhchivan" team (88:83) celebrated the victory. The fate of the pair will be decided in the third match.
