Ramil Hajiyev, Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Badminton Federation (ABF), met with players and family members of the national team that will participate in the European Para-Badminton Championship in Istanbul, Turkey from September 30 to October 10.

The official of the organization wished them success in the upcoming tournament. He expressed his gratitude to the Azerbaijan Paralympic Committee for their support in participating in the tournament.
The head coach of the team, Teymur Abbasov, provided information about the preparation process of our para-badminton players and said that they will do their best to successfully represent our country in the European Championship.
Azerbaijan will be represented for the first time with a large delegation at the European Para Badminton Championship. The national team will participate in the continental championship with 10 athletes. Ibrahim Aliyev, Minabayim Rahmanzade, Nijat Allahverdiyev, Ayan Aliyeva, Zahra Salmanli, Narmin Iskandarova, Ali Maharramov, Fatima Muradova, Nigar Mehdiyeva and Farid Mayilov will compete in different categories.
