Idman.biz reports that these words were said by Azerbaijani sambo wrestler Abdullatif Musayev, who won a gold medal at the III CIS Games, in an interview with journalists.
The athlete, who climbed to the highest step of the podium in the 53 kg weight category, said that the final match was difficult: "The opponent was also strong. But I had prepared well for the decisive match. In general, we had seriously prepared for the III CIS Games. My next goal is to succeed at the European Championship".
It should be noted that the sambo competitions at the III CIS Games have ended. Eight Azerbaijani athletes have reached the podium.
