A bicycle ride was organized in Baku with the joint organization of the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) and the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation (AzVİF).
According to the information provided to "Report" from AzVİF, the ride held within the framework of "European Mobility Week" started from the Alley of Martyrs, continued along the bicycle lane and ended in Huseyn Javid Park.
About 40 amateur and professional cyclists participated in the event.
The main purpose of the bicycle ride is to promote the use of bicycles, which is an environmentally friendly means of transport, among the residents of the capital and to increase attention to environmental protection. At the end of the ride, all participants were awarded certificates.
