91-year-old French marathon runner Pierre Sablayrolles has become a father for the seventh time. The athlete's 39-year-old wife, Aisha, gave birth to a daughter named Louise Marie.

Sablayrolles was born in Mayenne in the mid-1930s and lived through the pre-war period. Despite his old age, he leads an active lifestyle: he trains regularly, performs strength and endurance exercises, and also works on a plot of land where he grows crops with his family. According to him, good physical shape allows him to feel much younger.
The athlete's wife also confirms that he remains a caring father and a reliable husband. The Frenchman explains the secret to feeling good with a strict regimen: he refuses alcohol, eats a balanced diet, and dedicates about an hour each day to stretching exercises.
