The Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA) took 649 doping tests from athletes in January-September 2025.
İdman.Biz reports that Tahmina Taghi-zade, Executive Director of AMADA, announced this at the international conference "Law and Justice in Sports: A New Anti-Doping Framework", dedicated to the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty".
282 of the tests were conducted during competitions, and 367 were conducted out of competition. 68 athletes are under the supervision of the Registered Testing Pool (RTP). Also, 30 anti-doping stations were audited, and new DNA/GTI selection and training were organized.
