500 volunteers are planned to actively participate in the perfect organization of the opening and closing ceremonies of the III CIS Games to be held in Azerbaijan.
According to "Report", Irana Ahmadova, head of the human resources and workforce department of Baku City Circuit Operations Company, said this at a press conference.
She said that about 3,000 volunteers will be involved in the competition.
I. Ahmadova emphasized that there will be more than 1,000 volunteers in the city of Ganja.
It should be noted that the III CIS Games will be held from September 28 to October 8 in the cities of Ganja, Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Gabala, Shaki, Goygol and Khankendi.
It is planned to organize competitions in 23 sports. Athletes are expected to be invited to participate in the tournament not only from the CIS, but also from a number of other countries.
