Azerbaijani boxing referees Anar Naghdiyev, Rovshan Gadirov and Galib Abiyev successfully passed the next refereeing exam.
Apasport.az reports that the international category of our justice representatives has been increased from 2 stars to 3 stars.
Rovshan Gadirov and Galib Abiyev achieved this success at the "Dracula Open" held in Braila, Romania, and Anar Naghdiyev at the "Strandja" international tournament held in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. IBA announced that our compatriots, who participated in theoretical and practical lessons at the competition, successfully passed the exam and increased their star.
Thus, the number of 3-star referees in our country has increased to 6. Earlier, Emil Gurbanaliyev, Anar Babanli and Fuad Aslanov were also promoted to this category.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan Boxing Federation continues its work to increase the professional level of our referees with both national and international categories and to increase their number.
