During the "Tour de France 2025", 11 bicycles, each worth 13,000 euros, were stolen from the "Cofidis" team's truck.
Idman.biz reports, citing "L'Équipe", that the truck was parked 150 meters from the team's hotel.
Temporary bicycles were provided to the athletes so that the team could participate in the second stage of the "Tour de France" race. Five of the 11 stolen bicycles were found on Sunday evening in a forest near the hotel.
It should be noted that last year, 11 bicycles of the "TotalEnergies" team were also stolen. At that time, 11 bicycles were also lost. The "Tour de France" is one of the three main multi-day road cycling races and takes place from July 5-27.
