Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov met with representatives of sports federations at the Azerbaijan Sports Academy.
According to "Report", during the meeting, the minister greeted the participants and provided detailed information about the work done in the field of sports recently, the results achieved and the tasks ahead.
The event discussed the preparations for the III CIS Games to be held in Azerbaijan this year and the VI Islamic Solidarity Games to be held in Saudi Arabia.
At the same time, information was provided on the Centralized Registry System, the preparation process for the XXXIV Summer Olympic Games to be held in Los Angeles in 2028, and the work to be done at the National Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Institute.
At the meeting, visits of the sports community to the regions were also discussed, a number of presentations were listened to, a report on the social media activities of the federations and other issues were exchanged.
