Ipswich are set to sign two players from Strasbourg. According to Sky Sports, a deal for Julio Enciso has already been agreed upon.
The English club has now also reached an agreement with Strasbourg, Chelsea's French affiliate, for the transfer of 20-year-old right-back Abdul Ouattara.
Note that Ipswich finished second in the Championship last season with 84 points, earning a direct promotion to the Premier League.
