Manchester City has rejected Barcelona's new offer for Rodri.
According to Idman.Biz, citing "The Times", the Catalan club has offered 51.3 million pounds (60 million euros) and an additional 5 million pounds (6 million euros) in bonuses for the 30-year-old midfielder.
The English club has refused to release the player under these conditions.
City has told Barcelona that they must offer 70 million pounds (82 million euros) to transfer the midfielder.
