Azerbaijani rowers have won another gold medal at the 38th international "Bratislava Regatta" in kayak and canoe among juniors and youth held in Slovakia.
"Report" reports with reference to the press service of the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation (ACRF) that the team continues its successful performance in the tournament, in which more than 20 countries are competing.
Tatyana Smilovenko, who won a gold medal yesterday in the 200-meter canoe race, climbed to the highest step of the podium for the second time. This time she left all her rivals behind at a distance of 500 meters.
It should be noted that Alimurad Hajizade, who competed in the 200-meter kayak race on the first day of the competition, took second place.
