In gymnastics alone, our athletes will compete in three disciplines: tumbling (Mikhail Malkin), acrobatics (Agasif Rahimov and Raziya Seyidli mixed pair, Murad Rafiyev and Daniel Abbasov men's duo, Riad Safarov, Rasul Seyidli, Abdullah al-Mashaihi and Seymur Jafarov men's group) and aerobics (Vladimir Dolmatov and Madina Mustafayeva mixed pair) will compete for victory.
In addition, three-time world karate champion Irina Zaretska (68 kg) and world kickboxing champion Amin Guliyev (63.5 kg) have also qualified for the World Games.
More than 4,000 athletes from 120 countries are expected to participate in this event, which will cover 40 sports.
