MES rescuer Sima Safarova waved the Azerbaijani flag on the Aconcagua peak - PHOTO

Sima Safarova, a rescuer of the Special Risky Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), made a technical climb to Aconcagua (6962 meters), the highest peak in South America, at the initiative of the Azerbaijan Mountaineering Federation.

It was reported that the alpinist, who successfully reached the set goal, waved the flag of the Ministry of Emergency Situations along with the State Flag of Azerbaijan on the Aconcagua peak.
