American female basketball player Jeny Wallace, 20, who played for Victor Valley College, died tragically in a car accident.
According to a report by Daily Mail, cited by İdman.Biz, the incident occurred on July 15 on Highway 15 in Cajon Pass, California, USA.
Police said Wallace's "Hyundai Veloster" car went off the road and rolled down a steep slope.
Rescue workers found the car about 25 meters below the road, upside down, with smoke coming from the wreckage. There were three people in the car, and rescue workers had to perform a technical rescue operation to extract the victims. Wallace died at the scene.
