Vidadi Rzayev: The main problem of "Kapaz" is in its former leadership

He expressed his opinion on Adil Shukurov's return to the helm of "Kapaz". According to Rzayev, the main problem of the team is not the coaches, but the management: "When "Kapaz" won a place in the Premier League, the head coach of the team was Yashar Vahabzade. At that time, with the exception of 1-2 football players, a correct transfer policy was carried out. Later, he was sent off from the team and Tarlan Ahmadov was brought in to replace him. As a result, "Kapaz" did not fall into the lower league. Then the team was entrusted to Azer Mammadov. New transfers took place, and he also left the club. Then Adil Shukurov kept "Kapaz" in the Premier League, and the Ganja representative parted ways with him. This process always continues like this. Why Shukurov was not successful before should be asked from the former leadership. They should be asked why they come, keep the team in the league and are sent off. You can't evaluate a coach in 6-7 months. So, there is a problem in the leadership. In the last season, although Azer Baghirov kept the team in the league, he left. Is he a bad coach? I was in favor of him staying. Because he had worked hard. Even Tarlan Ahmadov should have stayed. But they play the same scenario on all coaches. Everyone says that Ilgar Nadiri (the current executive director of "Kapaz" - ed.) has a great effort in the team. What effort does he have? The head coach is the one who makes the effort."

The veteran football player wished the new coach success. He stated that none of the coaches working in the club were bad coaches: "Whether Adil Shukurov will be successful or not will be shown by time. If they brought him to the team, we can only wish him success. The main problem of "Kapaz" was the former leadership. They made changes, but the scenario is still the same. It should be noted that Adil Shukurov has been appointed the new head coach of "Kapaz". A 2-year contract was signed with the 47-year-old specialist.
