TNT Sports has published the updated ranking of contenders for the "Golden Ball" in 2025 after the Club World Championship. According to Sport24.az, Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal is in first place on the list. Last month he was only third.
PSG midfielder Vitinha dropped to 2nd place. Chelsea midfielder Cole Palmer, who was not in the top 10, rose to 3rd place. Former second-placed PSG forward Ousmane Dembele fell to fourth place.
It should be noted that the names of the nominees for the "Golden Ball" will be announced in August, and the award ceremony will be held on September 22 in Paris.
