The next meeting of the AFFA Executive Committee was held in the administrative building of SOCAR.

Then the issues on the agenda were discussed.
First, AFFA Secretary General Jahangir Farajullayev informed about UEFA's HatTrick investment program. It was noted that within the framework of the HatTrick investment project, it is planned to apply to UEFA and implement the following infrastructure issues:
- Carrying out repair works at the Bayil stadium and in the administrative building located on the territory of the stadium for the implementation of the pilot project of the Football Development Center in connection with the implementation of the AFFA Development Strategy.
- Bringing the infrastructure at the Agsu city stadium to the requirements of the Premier League.
To start documentation and design work in the following directions to apply to UEFA within the framework of the AFFA Development Strategy:
- Construction of the First Regional Development Center.
- Renovation of the grass cover of 2 fields for holding leagues for lower age groups.
Then discussions were held regarding the Reserve League. AFFA Secretary General C.Farajullayev informed about the progress of the past season in the Reserve League, the situation of the teams, and statistical indicators. The opinion of the Clubs Committee was heard on the matter. The Reserve League will continue as it was last season.
Then the issue of the head coach of the futsal A national team was considered. Based on the submission of the Azerbaijan Futsal Federation, the appointment of Yevgeni Kuksevich as the head coach of the national team and Aleksey Kudlay as the physical training coach was approved. The duration of the contract with both specialists is planned for 1 year.
AFFA Secretary General C.Farajullayev informed the Executive Committee members about the situation in women's football. He brought to the attention the performance of the A national team in the League of Nations, as well as his thoughts on the completed season in the women's leagues. It was noted that structural changes related to women's football will be carried out in AFFA in the near future.
