"Turan Tovuz" club will hold its home games in Sumgayit.
"Report" reports that the Professional Football League has released information about this.
It was reported that the Professional Football League had previously allowed "Turan Tovuz" to temporarily hold its home games at "Azersun Arena" due to problems with the grass cover of Tovuz City Stadium:
"The club's return to Tovuz City Stadium was planned for the XXV round game of the Misli Premier League, provided that a test game was held in advance. According to the latest analyzes, expert opinions and the club's official application, it was determined that the stadium could be ready for the game at the earliest in mid-April. Due to the closure of "Azersun Arena", where "Turan Tovuz" club temporarily plays (it was officially announced in advance that "Turan Tovuz" would only use this stadium in February), an appeal was made to the Professional Football League to organize the mentioned round game, as well as the home match to be held within the framework of the Bizon Azerbaijan Cup semi-final stage, at the Mehdi Huseynzade Sumgayit City Stadium."
"Taking into account the current situation at Tovuz City Stadium, the club's application, as well as the consent letter of "Sumgayit" club, the Professional Football League decided that "Turan Tovuz" club will hold the 25th round match of the Misli Premier League and the home game in the semi-final stage of the Bizon Azerbaijan Cup at the Mehdi Huseynzade Sumgayit City Stadium. After these matches, the general condition of Tovuz City Stadium will be re-evaluated and an additional decision will be made regarding whether the team's home games will be held at Tovuz City Stadium starting from the 26th round."
