"Real Madrid" goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has posted a message on his social media account after being diagnosed with a right rectus femoris muscle injury.
Media previously reported that the Belgian goalkeeper would be out for six to eight weeks due to the injury.
"Now working again to recover well and help the team," Courtois wrote.
Courtois was substituted at halftime in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 against Manchester City (2:1). Media reported that the goalkeeper felt pain during pre-match warm-up exercises.
