It is known to the football community that there is a problem between the former head coach of "Karvan-Yevlakh" Azer Hashimov and the club. The 41-year-old specialist, who lost his position at the end of November, demanded compensation from the Yevlakh representative for the unilateral termination of the contract, but has not yet achieved his wish. This raises a question. Why does the club management not want to pay compensation to Hashimov, what is at the root of the disagreement?
Interesting information about the issue has been received by Sport24.az. According to the information we received, the head of the Yevlakh representative, Shahmar Valiyev, is dissatisfied with the quality of the foreigners who were involved in the team last summer. In a conversation with his close circle, he said, "They ruined the budget by transferring 12 legionnaires in the summer, but most of what they brought in are of a low level. Now you have to pay a fee of 100,000 manats to attract new legionnaires," emphasizing that he was not satisfied with the selection of Hashimov and the club's vice-president Kanan Karimov. The fact that the "whites and blacks" are at the bottom of the tournament table due to unsuccessful transfers and the budget being plundered has upset the club president. For this reason, Valiyev does not agree to Azer Bey's compensation issue.
According to our source, the selection of football players in the club has already been given to the new head coach (not yet officially approved) Fuzuli Mammadov. Mammadov will deal with this issue in the winter "transfer window".
